Mrs. Gravuer's Class is Celebrating Our US Veterans
Mrs. Gravuer's students created a slide show sharing their family members who are US Veterans!
Veterans Day is celebrated in the month of November. It is a time to honor and recognize the brave men and women who have served this country throughout history to protect the citizens of the United States. We will be selling a variety of wristbands for 50 cents each in the cafeteria for the next few weeks to help raise funds for the Wounded Warrior Project. This organization helps our veterans who may have been injured either physically or mentally while serving our country.
Toys For Tots Drive
Armstrong National Junior Honor Society is sponsoring our annual "Toys for Tots" drive from now thru December 7th. Please bring in a NEW, UNWRAPPED toy, and help make a less fortunate child's holidays a little brighter.
November's SAP Newsletter
November's SAP Newsletter Focuses on Gratitude
This is the time to celebrate the season of Thanksgivings. As we begin to start the month of November, let us take time and show gratitude and appreciation. They say gratitude can take you a long way. We challenge each and every one of you to practice gratitude this entire month. Our hope is that it brings you joy and puts a smile on your face. More importantly, our hope is that you can make someone else smile and bring them some joy. Happy Thanksgivings to you all.

Winter Sports Information
Any student who wishes to try out for a Winter sport, whether it is Girls' Basketball, Wrestling, or Boys' Basketbal, must have a physical on file and complete the Family ID registration for that sport.
If you have already turned in a completed physical form from your doctor or if you had a physical done at school, or plan to, you do not need another physical. However, you do need to complete the Family ID registration each season in order to try out for any Winter sport.
The Armstrong Family ID for Winter Sports is now active and should be completed prior to physicals. Sports Physicals will be held on Wednesday, October 26th for $10 cash.
