Business Correspondence
There are three business correspondence's that you can use. The three are: reports, letters, and memos. They all tell about your business in some way and can be personalized.
Letter
Gives information to someone directly about what you want to talk about. (Written conversation)
Report
Tells a lot of information about a topic.
Memo
A memo is a quick topic that is given as a reminder.
Paragraph Styles
Three types of paragraphs are block style, indented style, and hanging indent. The block style is aligned to the left and has NO indents. The indented style has the first line indented and all the other lines are aligned left. In a hanging indent paragraph, ALL lines are indented except the first line.
