Decimosexta semana

Ms. Jenkins, 2nd Grade Teacher
Hello, everyone! My name is Frances Jenkins, and I'm so excited to teach second grade at Las Palmas Elementary this year. This is my fifth year as a teacher. I grew up in San Antonio, and graduated from Texas State University with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. In 2018, I completed my master's degree in Literacy Education at UTSA. I LOVE reading, and I'm thrilled to share that with my students. I believe that every student deserves a high quality education and a teacher that loves them. It's very important to me that I treat every student in my classroom and their families with respect and care, and I love working with our school community to bring the very best to our students. Teaching is my favorite thing to do. When I'm not in my classroom, you can find me cooking, spending time with my family, or traveling!
