Preparing for 2022-2023

Online registration for the 2022-2023 school year won't open until sometime in July, but there are a few things you can do to prepare for the next school year.

  1. Obtain an activity physical for students who need them for athletics or activities.
  2. Make sure immunizations are up to date.
  3. Save a June or July utility bill for the residency verification process.

Enjoy your summer break!

Verify residency

When you register your student(s) for the 2022-2023 school year, you must provide one document to verify residency.

Acceptable proofs of residency include utility bills (water, electric or gas), in the resident's name, showing the service address. Save a document in late June or early July to be prepared for the July registration process.

Important information about activity physicals

Students in grades 7-12 who plan to participate in fall sports or marching band must have a completed physical on file with PRIVIT before practices begin in August.

  • Link to Physical Form
  • Physicals are good for 2 years from the date of the exam.
  • A student with a physical on file dated June 1, 2020, or later will not need a physical for the 2021-22 school year.

Use PRIVIT to submit information

The School District uses the PRIVIT program to collect and track medical eligibility information. If your student obtains a new physical for 2022-23, you will submit the information using PRIVIT:

If you are a new user, select "register" to create a new account. Parents and guardians: Register an account with your email address, and then add your student into the account.
