Play With Clay For Fun All Day It's Kool-PlayClay!
Kool-PlayClay
A mixture you can play with!: A mixture is two or more materials mixed or stirred together. PlayClay is an example of a chemical reaction. After the ingredients are mixed you get a whole new product with its own set of properties.
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup salt
9 teaspoons of white wine vinegar
1 package Kool-Aid
1 cup water
1 tablespoon cooking oil
Directions:
- Mix together the flour, salt, white wine vinegar, and Kool-Aid in a large saucepan.
- Slowly add water mixed with oil and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens to dough.
- Place on a cutting board and mix with your hands (may want to wear gloves) until cool enough for children to handle. Dough will be the color of the Kool-Aid mix and will smell like the Kool-Aid mix.
Store dough in tightly covered container.
