Description

Physician's Assistants are trained medical professionals that practice medicine on a team and under the supervision of physicians and surgeons. They have been educate in many fields such as pediatrics, surgery, medical tech, and many others. Some PA's choose to specialize in specialty fields such as a PA of reconstructive surgery.

Certifications Necessary to Practice

It is necessary for you to gain a masters degree to apply to the 2 year PA program though most people in this profession have a bachelors degree in either biological medicine or advanced medical chemistry as well as pass the national medical exam to get your license.

- Masters degree
