Programs for College-Bound, Economically Disadvantaged New York State Residents
There are many benefits to being selected for an EOP, SEEK, or HEOP program. EOP students may receive support services, such as academic, career, and personal counseling; tutoring and supplemental instruction. As part of a student's overall financial aid package, the EOP may provide financial assistance for non-tuition related expenses (e.g. books, supplies, etc.)

Grade 12 - QuestBridge National College Match - Deadline 9/27/2022
Match Scholarship Recipients are granted early admission to one of QuestBridge's college partners with a full four-year scholarship, worth over $200,000. Our college partners use a combination of their own funds as well as state and federal aid to fund the scholarship. Please view each college partner's Financial Aid section for further details and see a glossary of financial aid terms.
The Match Scholarship is offered as part of a generous financial aid package provided by the college that covers the cost of attendance, including:
- Tuition and fees
- Room and board
- Books and supplies
- Travel expenses
All Match Scholarship packages:
- Have NO parental contribution
- Have NO student loans
- May contain a student contribution in the form of Federal work-study, summer work, or student savings
Eligibility:
Academically outstanding high school seniors from households earning less than $65,000 per year for a typical household of four.

The FAFSA is the number one way college-bound students may qualify for federal financial aid. Some colleges require that students complete the FAFSA before they may qualify for scholarships, therefore we are including this information here.

My name is Leonard Wright and I am a member of the Chi Rho Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Incorporated here in Suffolk County, NY. Our chapter is presenting an opportunity to give out multiple scholarship awards to any College-Bound High School Senior who will be or is attending an accredited college in the upcoming year (Summer/Fall 2023). The Park Scholarship is a four-year scholarship to NC State University awarded on the basis of outstanding accomplishments and potential in scholarship, leadership, service, and character.
If you believe you’re qualified for the Park Scholarships based on our selection criteria of scholarship, leadership, service, and character, we welcome you to apply! The application processes for Park Scholarships and NC State undergraduate admissions are separate, so be sure to follow the instructions.
The deadline for NC State University Early Action admissions application and Park Scholarships application is November 1st.
The Park Scholarships program brings together students with outstanding accomplishments and potential in scholarship, leadership, service, and character. Approximately one-third of Park Scholarships are designated for out-of-state students.

Grades 10, 11, 12 - Rider University Norm Brodsky Business Concept Competition - Deadline 11/6/2022
Have an innovative business idea? You could win a full tuition scholarship to Rider!
The Norm Brodsky Business Concept Competition is designed to recognize and promote exceptional effort, skill, and creativity among high school students. The winner of the senior pitch competition receives a four-year, full tuition scholarship to Rider University.
The competition is sponsored by Norm Brodsky ’64 and his wife, Elaine. Norm, a long-time entrepreneur who is the namesake of Rider’s Norm Brodsky College of Business, founded eight successful businesses including Citi Storage, the largest privately owned archive business in the country.
Grade 12 - Regeneron Science Talent Search - Deadline 11/8/2022
Founded by the Science Talent Search alumni and deeply committed to STEM education, Regeneron prioritizes the need to support young scientists who are generating ideas and solutions to address global challenges.
The Regeneron Science Talent Search (STS), a program of Society for Science, is the nation’s most prestigious pre-college science and mathematics competition. Established in 1942, it recognizes the best and brightest young scientists for demonstrating exceptional scientific leadership potential.
Each year, approximately 1,800 high school seniors enter the Regeneron STS. Three hundred Regeneron STS scholars are selected and they and their schools are awarded $2,000 each, totaling approximately $1.2 million in awards. From that pool of scholars, 40 finalists receive an all-expenses-paid trip to Washington, DC, where they compete in a rigorous judging process for an additional $1.8 million in awards, with a top prize of $250,000.

Grade 12 - Hispanic Heritage Youth Awards - Deadline 11/13/2022
Recipients will be selected for their accomplishments in the classroom, community, and for their excellence in various educational categories. Recipients will be celebrated at virtual ceremonies in the following categories:

Grade 12 - Emory University Scholar Programs - Deadline 11/15/2022 (Deadline 11/1/2022 for those choosing Early Decision I)
Emory University offers partial to full merit-based scholarships as part of the Emory University Scholar Programs. Scholar programs are more than just merit scholarships. They empower students through resources and support to reach their full potential and make an impact on the university, Atlanta, and the world beyond.
To be considered for any and all scholar programs, you must select one of the three admission decision plans (Early Decision I, Early Decision II, or Regular Decision) and submit all required application materials by November 15. (Those applying Early Decision I must apply by November 1.)
No additional nomination forms, essays, or materials are required to be considered.
Grade 12 - CUNY Macaulay Honors College - Deadline 11/16/2022
Admission to Macaulay Honors College is highly selective. Macaulay offers all of its students a merit scholarship package that includes tuition, a laptop computer, Cultural Passport and access to the Opportunities Fund. Students who meet CUNY New York State residency requirements for in-state tuition have the opportunity to graduate free from tuition debt thanks to the tuition scholarship. It covers four years of undergraduate study excluding fees and expenses.
Students apply to Macaulay Honors College and enroll at one of eight CUNY senior colleges Baruch, Brooklyn, City, Hunter, John Jay, Lehman, Queens, or Staten Island.
Grade 12 - Jack Kent Cooke Foundation Scholarship - Deadline 11/17/2022
The Cooke Foundation College Scholarship Program is the largest undergraduate scholarship program available to high-achieving high school seniors with financial need who seek to attend the nation's best four-year colleges and universities. In addition to the monetary award, Cooke Scholars receive comprehensive educational advising, significant cohort-based programming, and graduate school funding, as well as a thriving network of over 2,800 fellow Cooke Scholars and alumni.
Each award is intended to cover a significant share of the student's educational expenses including tuition, living expenses, books and required fees. Awards vary by individual, based on the cost of tuition as well as other grants or scholarships he or she may receive.
This highly competitive scholarship includes:
Up to $40,000 per year to attend a four-year accredited undergraduate school
Ability to pursue any area of study
Personal advising about selecting a college and navigating financial aid
Multifaceted advising about how to transition to college and maximize the college student experience
Eligibility Requirements:
Applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements:
Senior standing Plan to graduate from a U.S. high school in spring 2023.
Fall College Enrollment Intend to enroll in an accredited four-year college beginning in fall 2023.
GPA Earn a minimum, cumulative unweighted GPA of 3.5 or above.
Income Demonstrate unmet financial need. We will consider applicants with family income up to $95,000. Last year's cohort of new college scholarship recipients had a median family income of approximately $35,000.

Grade 12 - DAR (Daughters of the American Revolution) Good Citizens Essay Contest - Deadline 11/29/2022
Outstanding senior who demonstrates good citizenship (dependability, service, leadership, and patriotism). US citizenship is not required.
BHS may only submit an application from 1 student.
First, if you would like to be considered to write the essay and be entered to win this scholarship, please email Mrs. McCallum in the Guidance Office by 11/8/2022 at 2pm pmccallum@southcountry.org. We will email you back by 11/9/2022 if you are selected to apply and complete the essay.
Second, you will need to complete several parts of their required application (list of extracurricular activities and awards/honors, community service, future plans and career goals), which includes that you will write a brief statement of how you have tried to manifest the qualities of a good citizen (i.e. dependability, service, leadership, and/or patriotism).
Third, you will need 2 letters of recommendation (may only be from minister, employer, scout or 4-H leader, teacher, coach, music instructor, guidance counselor, or school administrator)
Finally, you will need to come in person to the BHS Guidance Office, bring your Chromebook with charger, and write a timed essay in under 2 hours under supervision. The essay question will be given to you upon arrival. The essay must be written on 1 date only without assistance or reference materials.
To be considered, email Mrs. McCallum in the Guidance Office at pmccallum@southcountry.org no later than 11/8/2022 at 2pm with the email subject "DAR". In the email, explain in 1 sentence only why you are a good citizen (i.e. dependability, service, leadership, and/or patriotism).

Grade 12 - Boston University Trustee and Presidential Scholarships - Deadline 12/1/2022
We encourage students with outstanding academic records and strong leadership skills to apply to Boston University. We would love to consider you for a merit-based scholarship.
- Trustee Scholarship: Boston University's most prestigious full-tuition scholarship recognizes extraordinary academic performance and leadership ability. Students must submit one additional essay with their application for admission. Complete the Trustee Scholarship essay on the Common Application as part of your application to BU.
- Presidential Scholarship: This four-year, $25,000 scholarship is awarded to students with exceptional academic achievements. No additional application materials are required—all students need to do to be considered is apply for admission by the scholarship deadline.

Grade 11 - LEDA Scholars - Deadline 12/12/2022
LEDA is looking for juniors in high school who want to be challenged academically, have demonstrated a commitment to their studies, have the desire to be a leader in their families, schools, and communities, and embody LEDA's core values of excellence, integrity, compassion, and community.
Applicants must be a junior attending a public high school in the U.S. graduating in 2024, a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or have DACA Status, have an annual household income under $90,000, and a minimum unweighted GPA of 3.5.
Grade 12 - Five Towns College Superintendent's Scholarship - Deadline 12/12/2022
Five Towns College is committed to helping Long Islanders through these difficult times. Our campus offers students an outstanding and personalized education that is close to home. U.S. News & World Report recognized Five Towns College as a Best College for Social Mobility in the Northern Region for 2022. We offer programs in Audio, Business, Film and Television, Interactive Media Arts, Mass Communication, Music Performance, Music Teacher Education and Theatre Arts which are integrated in technology.
Dedicated to providing Long Islanders with a small college option, this scholarship is available to any high school graduate who is academically meritorious, has financial need, and who seeks to earn a bachelor’s degree at Five Towns College. We recognize our strong role as a partner in educating Long Islanders. The L. I. Superintendent’s Scholarship reflects that in a large way.
Five Towns College will review submissions and will select at least one graduating senior from Bellport High School to receive this prestigious award. This award may cover up to half the annual cost of tuition.
Grade 11 & 12 - North Bellport Strong Award - Deadline 12/15/2022
The North Bellport Strong Award that the Brookhaven Landfill Action & Remediation Group (BLARG) is being offered to 11th and 12th grade students in the South Country Central School District. This is a 500 dollar monetary award to support students in the community to achieve positive goals. The application is simple and straightforward.
What does North Bellport Strong mean to you? This fall, BLARG* is giving out $500 to one high school student from North Bellport who submits a creative response to the question: what does North Bellport Strong mean to you? You may write an essay or a poem, submit a video, record yourself singing a song or doing a dance, spoken word etc. All forms of creative expression are welcomed!
All student submissions will be reviewed by North Bellport residents in BLARG and may be featured on BLARG social media, with the permission of the creator!

Grade 12 - Equitable Excellence Scholarship - Deadline 12/16/2022
Applicants to the Equitable Excellence Scholarship Program must:
- Be United States citizens or legal residents living or claiming residency in one of the 50 U.S. states, District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico.
- Be current high school seniors who plan to enroll full-time in an accredited two-year or four-year college or university in the United States by Fall 2023.
- Demonstrate ambition and self-drive to be a force for good in school, community or work activities
- Be willing to provide a release to publicize their identities and information about their achievements along with photographs for use in program promotion and information.
Grade 12 - University at Buffalo Merit Scholarships - Deadline 12/23/2022
The University Honors College manages the Presidential Scholarship, which requires a separate application. Two to three days after submission, you will receive an email from the Office of Undergraduate Admissions with instructions for logging into the applicant status website for UB. Once you have received your login information, you can then apply for the Presidential Scholarship.
Grade 12 - Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated Delta Beta Zeta Chapter - Deadline 12/31/2022
Delta Beta Zeta Scholarships:
The purpose of the various Delta Beta Zeta scholarships is provide financial assistance to deserving female high school seniors of color intending to pursue a course of study at an accredited college or university. Awardees will receive scholarships after proof of attendance has been submitted.
1. The Rhoda Nixon Community Service Scholarship. This scholarship will be given to a young lady who has extensive documented community service and attends high school in Brooklyn, NY Queens, NY. Nassau and Suffolk Counties. Applicants for this scholarship must provide letters from at least three sources who can accurately document various service activities the applicant has participated in during her high school years. There is no academic requirement for this scholarship.
2. The Catharyn DeKine Scholarship. Applicants for this scholarship must have a minimum weighted average of 80% or a 3.0 on a 4.0 scale in all science subjects and an overall weighted average must be at least 80% or a 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. Applicants must plan to major in an aspect of science (Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Toxicology, Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Marine Biology, Biotechnology, Astronomy, Astrophysics, etc.) in college. The applicant must submit an essay of no less that 600-words which display leadership and a passion for the career in the sciences. The successful applicant will also have at least 20 hours of community service, and attend high school in Nassau & Suffolk Counties, Brooklyn, NY and Queens, NY.
3. The Andrea Hill Scholarship. This scholarship is open to Special Education students who have been accepted into a four-year institute of higher learning. Applicants must provide recommendations from at least two teachers and have an overall average of at least 75% or a 2.0 on a 4.0 scale. Applicants must attend high school in Nassau & Suffolk Counties, Queens, NY, and Brooklyn, NY.
4. The Delta Beta Zeta Academic Incentive Awards. These are four scholarships offered to young ladies whose academic average for four years is between 75% and 84%.
Criteria and eligibility:
1. Applicant must attend one of the high schools, public or private, within the borough of Queens, and Brooklyn, Nassau, and Suffolk Counties.
2. Applicant must be a graduating high school senior in either January 2023 or June of 2023.
3. Applicant must meet the grade average required for specific scholarship.
4. Applicant must demonstrate community involvement, overall academic growth and achievement, and the desire to attend and succeed in college.

Grade 12 - LIASCD Ira Schwartz Scholarship - Deadline 1/3/2023
Seniors who:
Have an 85 or higher GPA
Plan to attend college fall 2023
Demonstrate the ability to overcome adversity
Grade 12 - The Cooper Union Scholarship - Deadline 1/5/2023
For the fifth consecutive year, tuition will remain unchanged for undergraduates in the 2023/2024 academic year. In addition to another 0% tuition increase:
- Every undergraduate will receive a scholarship that covers 50% of tuition.
- More than 45% of Cooper undergraduates will receive scholarships that cover 100% of their tuition.
- For the 2023/24 academic year, the average amount of tuition covered by scholarships for undergraduates will be roughly 80%.
- We will make modest changes to housing and other fees with increases around 3%. (See details here.)

Grade 12 - New York Credit Union Scholarship - Deadline 1/7/2023
New York Credit Union Scholarship
The New York Credit Union Association awards scholarships to be paid jointly to the student and educational institution. There will be no exceptions. The Funds may be used towards tuition, room and board, books, school supplies, etc.
The applicant must be a member in good standing of a participating New York credit union who meets all of the following criteria:
• The member is a college-bound high school senior at the time of application.
• The member is attending college for the first time in the fall of 2023.
• The member will be enrolled in either a two- or four-year accredited educational institution.
• The member agrees to use any scholarship funds awarded by January 31, 2024, at an
accredited educational institution only.
Grade 12 - Ron Brown Scholar Program - 1/9/2023
The Ron Brown Scholarship honors the legacy of Ronald H. Brown through a selective scholarship program that advances higher education for community-minded and intellectually gifted African Americans.
RBSP competitively awards 45 – 50 four-year $40,000 scholarships ($10,000 each year) to the most talented and economically-challenged high school seniors who demonstrate a keen interest in public service, community engagement, business entrepreneurship and global citizenship – the four pillars of the late Ronald H. Recipients may use the renewable scholarships to attend an accredited four-year college or university of their choice within the United States. Ron Brown scholarships are not limited to any specific field or career objective and may be used to pursue any academic discipline. Since the Program’s inception in 1996, more than 450 students have been designated as Ron Brown Scholars.
Applicants for the Ron Brown Scholarship MUST be Black/African American, US citizens or permanent residents, and a current high school senior at the time of their application.

Did you see that Bezos Scholars Program applications are open? This year-long leadership development program is open to juniors along with a school staff member they nominate to be their educator.
The program kicks off with virtual community building in May and then an all-expenses-paid experience for the student and educator at the Aspen Ideas Festival. While there, Scholars learn from inspiring global leaders while experiencing all Aspen has to offer and building lasting friendships with their cohort.
During the following school year, Scholars receive ongoing mentorship, leadership development, free college advising and $1,000 in funding to launch a community change project to make a difference in their hometowns.
To be eligible to apply U.S. students must:
- Be a junior at the time they apply and attend an eligible public high school that currently has a 30% or greater overall free and reduced lunch rate. See here for a list of current ineligible schools.
- Be enrolled in or have taken during their high school career, one or more honors, Advanced Placement (AP), International Baccalaureate (IB), or college-level course.
- Be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or have received DACA status.

In most areas of New York State, it is citizen volunteers who respond to emergency situations. Due to a variety of factors, New York’s volunteer fire departments are currently experiencing a critical need to recruit and retain members.
As an incentive for individuals to serve in New York’s volunteer fire service, the Firefighters Association of the State of New York (FASNY) has developed the Higher Education Learning Plan (FASNY HELP). This program will provide tuition reimbursement to student-volunteers attending a New York State college or who are taking online courses through Empire State College. Participants must be providing active service to a New York State Volunteer Fire Department while attending school.
FASNY HELP “Student-Volunteers” are eligible to have up to 100% of their tuition reimbursed (with any single semester award not to exceed $1500.00) in exchange for maintaining defined grades and fulfilling established service requirements in one of New York’s volunteer fire companies. There is no restriction on the type of academic course(s) the FASNY HELP student-volunteer can pursue. To participate in FASNY HELP you must be an active volunteer firefighter in good standing. Student-volunteers must re-apply each semester they wish to participate in FASNY HELP.

The Scholarship is aimed at College and Trade School bound graduating High School Seniors, who have experienced and overcome adversity while reaching for and achieving great scholarly and societal accomplishments.
It is with great excitement that Forward Motion Life Success, Inc., a nonprofit organization focused on educating, motivating, and empowering the youth, introduces the Dorna Titus Future Leaders Scholarship. For the 2022-2023 school year, the scholarship will award a onetime $1000 scholarship to two (2) awardees. The application for the scholarship can be viewed and submitted through the www.forwardmotionlifesuccess.org web page. The criterion for the award is listed below.
Applicants must be New York State high school seniors and meet the following criteria:
• African American, Caribbean American, or Hispanic descent seniors who have overcome adversity and obstacles while helping others, thereby creating a positive outcome through negative circumstances.
• Minimum GPA of 3.3 and plan to attend a 2- or 4-year college or technical school.

• Forward Motion Life Success, Inc., may, at its discretion, hold a Scholarship Dance/Reception in Baldwin, New York in August 2023. If held, awardees will be provided two (2) complimentary tickets to the event, and the awardees will receive the scholarship certificate at the event, and as a condition of the Scholarship must attend to receive the award (tickets provided).
• The student must submit an invoice for the fall semester’s tuition, fees, student ID number, and college information to Forward Motion Life-Success, Inc., at the time of notification of award.

The Board of Trustees of the New York Schools Insurance Foundation and the Board of Governors of the New York Schools Insurance Reciprocal are pleased to announce that we are once again offering the Cristin Bambino, Paul Jensen and Joseph Goncalves scholarship awards for the coming year. These scholarships are for college bound students from NYSIR subscribing districts only. Criteria are outlined in the accompanying pages. A committee will review all applications and the scholarships will be presented at our annual meeting in May.
- The Cristin Ann Bambino scholarship is available to a special education student who is college bound. It will be awarded on a regional basis with one statewide award. Seven regional winners will receive a $3,000 award, one second prize winner will receive a $4,000 award and one statewide winner will receive a $5,000 award. This year marks the 36th year of the BP Community Scholarship Program serving the New York and northern New Jersey area. Since its inception, the program has awarded over $3.6 million and nearly 2,200 scholarships benefiting promising students.

The Cameron Impact Scholarship is a four-year, full-tuition, impact-driven undergraduate scholarship awarded annually to 10-15 exceptional high school students who have demonstrated excellence in leadership, community service, extracurricular activities, and academics. The Cameron Impact Scholar is unique among their peers in their desire to directly impact their communities and in the world at large. Our Scholar aspires to contribute to positive forces for change and plans to tailor their education to that end. The Cameron Impact Scholarship covers the full tuition, fees, and books at any accredited U.S. based college or university that the recipient chooses to attend.
As a merit-based program, the Cameron Impact Scholarship is open to all applicants who meet the GPA and citizenship requirements, regardless of race, socioeconomic status, religion, sexual orientation or any other background factors. Grade 11 & 12 - Parle Endeavors Scholarship - Deadline 5/26/2023
The Parle Endeavors Scholarship is available to high school seniors who are (1) attending a high school in New York State; (2) on track to graduate high school in June or August of 2023; (3) planning on attending a 2 or 4-year post-secondary program, (4) pursuing a degree and a career in media, communications, journalism, business, or a closely related field.
The Parle Endeavors ALTA Grant is available to young people who are (1) high school juniors or seniors attending a high school in New York State; (2) want to pursue a career in media, communications, journalism, business, or a closely related field; (3) have a business idea, start-up, related to those fields; (4) launched within the last year or planning to launch by June 2024.

Grade 12 - Brockport First-Year Scholarships - Deadline 6/1/2023
Brockport is pleased to announce that we have simplified our scholarship program for the 2022-23 admissions cycle. The revamped Extraordinary Scholarship Program does not require a separate application; instead students' applications are automatically reviewed during the admissions process for eligibility and awarded at the time of acceptance.
How to Access Your Fee Waiver to Apply to Brockport for Free:
- Log into Common App
- In the “My Colleges” tab, click “Add a College” to search for Brockport. Click the “+” to add Brockport.
- Fill Out the Fee Waiver Form
- Once you fill out the Fee Waiver form, you’ll be notified via email within 24-48 hours when your fee has been waived.
- At this point, you can complete and submit your application (for free) and begin picturing yourself here!

Grade 12 - Adventureland’s Helping Hands Foundation’s The Vivian and Tony Gentile Scholarship Program - Deadline 6/12/2023
Adventureland’s Helping Hands Foundation’s Scholarship Program is now accepting applications. The Vivian and Tony Gentile Scholarship Program awards five $5,000 scholarships to Long Island High School seniors and an additional five $5,000 scholarships to current employees. The Sachem Dental Group Endowment awards one $5,000 scholarship to a Long Island High School senior. Please see the attached applications for full eligibility requirements.
Eligible applicants:
- Are currently a High School Senior at a Long Island school
- Must be a full-time student in the fall of 2023 at a college or university on Long Island to be considered for this award.
Grade 12 - Big Sun Athletics Scholarship - Deadline 6/19/2023
The successful applicant will be a high school senior or be attending a post secondary institute and currently involved in some sport at that institution or in the community.
Grade 12 - New York State Excelsior Scholarship - Deadline TBD
The program covers tuition for eligible SUNY and CUNY students whose families earn $125,000 or less. After completing FAFSA and TAP online financial aid applications, you may apply online when the application opens in the spring of your senior year.
Grade 12 - Senator José Peralta New York State DREAM Act - Deadline TBD
The Senator José Peralta New York State DREAM Act gives undocumented and other students access to New York State‐administered grants and scholarships that support their higher education costs.
The DREAM Act opens the doors of higher education to thousands of students, providing access to the new Excelsior Scholarship, the Tuition Assistance Program, as well as other state‐administered scholarships that were not previously available to them.
Grade 12 - New York State STEM Incentive Program - Deadline TBD
The STEM Program provides tuition awards to students who are New York residents attending a public or private degree-granting college or university located in New York State. Recipients must be in the top 10 percent of their high school graduating class, pursue an approved, two or four-year STEM degree program and agree to live in NYS and work in a STEM field in NYS for five years after graduation. For students attending private college, the maximum award is equal to the SUNY tuition rate per year.

Grade 12 - Cameron Impact Scholarship - Deadline 9/8/2023
The Cameron Impact Scholarship is a four-year, full-tuition, impact-driven undergraduate scholarship awarded annually to 10-15 exceptional high school students who have demonstrated excellence in leadership, community service, extracurricular activities, and academics. The Cameron Impact Scholar is unique among their peers in their desire to directly impact their communities and in the world at large. Our Scholar aspires to contribute to positive forces for change and plans to tailor their education to that end. The Cameron Impact Scholarship covers the full tuition, fees, and books at any accredited U.S. based college or university that the recipient chooses to attend.
As a merit-based program, the Cameron Impact Scholarship is open to all applicants who meet the GPA and citizenship requirements, regardless of race, socioeconomic status, religion, sexual orientation or any other background factors. We are looking for young leaders with demonstrated passion and commitment to any variety of positive impact.
APPLICATIONS ARE OPEN FOR THE CLASS OF 2024
There are countless ways to make a positive impact in many professional careers. The Cameron Impact Scholar has both the ability and the intent to make real, tangible contributions in their lifelong dedication to the greater good. The Foundation will allocate approximately 25%, or a quarter of the scholarships to individuals pursuing careers in education, nonprofits, government, and/or military and have a stated professional goal of public service.
Eligibility for the Cameron Impact Scholarship is based on the following criteria.
The applicant must:
- Maintain a minimum, cumulative, unweighted GPA of a 3.7/4.0 scale or equivalent in their high school studies;
- Be a full citizen of the United States of America;
- Be in the high school graduating Class of 2024, planning to enroll in a full-time course of study towards a degree at an accredited four-year U.S. college or university for the full academic year following high school graduation;
- Show proven excellence in extracurricular activities, be motivated leaders with a strong work ethic, demonstrate active participation in community service and/or civic minded arenas; and
- Submit the following three components by the Application Deadline:
- Online Application;
- Two required Letters of Recommendation; and
- Transcript certifying academic performance.
There are two opportunities to submit the Initial Online Application:
- Early Application Deadline for the Class of 2024 is May 19, 2023 at 12:00pm PT (NOON)
- Regular Application Deadline for the Class of 2024 is September 8, 2023 at 12:00pm PT (NOON)

Grade 12 - AES Engineering Scholarship - Deadline 10/8/2023
We are offering a scholarship that will be awarded on the basis of character, as determined by an evaluation of the essays that are submitted.
Scholarships are intended for our future leaders across a wide spectrum of fields of study. This award is available to high school seniors and all students attending a post secondary educational facility.
You are not required to be taking Engineering courses to be eligible.
