How to Add the OCE Copier as a Printer
1.Click on the apple in the top-left hand corner. Select ‘System Preferences’.
2. In the system preferences window, select ‘Print & Fax’.
3. In the print & fax window, select the + (add printer) in the lower left below the existing list of printers
4. In the window below select ‘IP’. The following fields should be populated as follows: Protocol: LPD (pictured below) Queue: (LEAVE FIELD BLANK)
5. Where it asks for an Address, type the IP Address: 150.150.177.25
6. The Name: field will initially be populated with the IP address. Change the Name to “Oce Copier”. For the Location, Type “Work Room”
7. In the Print Using: Select Printer Software…
8. In the search window type ‘Oce Fam’ to allow the system to search the list. Select ‘Oce Office Family no Accounting’ . Then Select OK. Select Add in the lower right corner of the window.
10. Print a document (MS Word, text edit, web, etc.) from the machine to the newly installed Oce printer.
11. At the printer enter your key code followed by the "Print Button".
12. Locate the user by using the scroll wheel on the right.
13. Select the user by pressing the button under ‘Open Mailbox’ .
14. Locate the test document that was sent using the scroll wheel on right.
15. Press the large green print button to print the file.
