Dear Roy B Kelley Elementary School Community,
I am excited to share some fantastic news with all of you. After an extensive search and interview process, we are thrilled to announce that Aliscia Krecisz will be joining our Lockport City School District family as our new Principal of Roy B. Kelley Elementary.
We are delighted to welcome Mrs. Krecisz as the new Principal, bringing with her an extensive and diverse background in education. With 25 years of invaluable elementary experience, she has held key positions that showcase her commitment to fostering excellence in education.
As the current Elementary Education Program Coordinator at Lewiston Porter Central School District, she has played a pivotal role in shaping elementary education initiatives. Her leadership as the Literacy Coordinator at Grand Island Central School District reflects a dedication to enhancing literacy skills and promoting a love for learning.
Mrs. Krecisz's expertise also extends to Special Education, where she has made significant contributions at both Grand Island and Niagara Wheatfield Central Schools. Her multifaceted experience demonstrates a passion for creating inclusive and enriching environments for students. With that said, we are confident that Mrs. Krecisz's wealth of knowledge and experience will greatly benefit our school community, and we look forward to achieving new milestones under her leadership.
We believe that Mrs. Krecisz will inspire and guide Roy B. Kelley to new heights, and we are confident that her innovative ideas and collaborative spirit will help us build upon our successes. Accordingly, I ask that you join me in extending a warm welcome to Mrs. Krecisz as she assumes her role as our new Principal.
Mrs. Krecisz is set to commence her role on January 22, 2024. A welcome reception will be held in the near future for all stakeholders. Details about this reception are forthcoming.
It should be noted, Barbara Converso, Interim Principal at Roy B. Kelley, will continue in her role while also facilitating a seamless transition for Mrs. Krecisz. The district thanks Mrs. Converso for her daily contributions and strong leadership of Roy B. Kelley.
Sincerely,
