Who Is Tamika Warner- Edwards?

Big picture

Tamika Warner-Edwards was born in Baton Rouge, LA but divided her adolescent time between her mother's home in Minnesota and her grandmother's in Louisiana. It was under her grandmother's direct care that she was introduced to Christian living as she attended Little Zion Baptist Church under the Late Reverend, Thomas Bouvay Later. It would be many years where she would stray, but in 2002 she rededicated her life back to Christ at the City of Refuge in White Castle.

In Tamika's adult years she married and had four children of her own and also during such time she became an ordained minister by Apostle Clara Griffin, Overseer at Disciples on Call Ministry in Opelousas, LA, and member of Victory International Ministry under the leadership of Pastor Mike and Dr. Nichelle Landry.

Wanting to help others through her testimony, that motivated Tamika to pen her debut novel, Through The Fire as she describes all of what she has endured in her life. She gives readers an up, close and personal look dealing with emotions such as sin, failures, betrayals, loss, hurt, pain, and unforgiveness. Tamika mirrors her book and testimony around the scripture of Daniel 3 that details about having faith and strength. Through The Fire of Life, will definitely inspire readers as well as heal, deliver and most importantly encourage.
