About Weekly Digest
Weekly Digest is published weekly on Fridays by the CMCHS Counseling Office. The goal of the Weekly Digest is to share upcoming events, information, and resources regarding college, career, financial aid, and mental health.
Career Testing Program
The Career Testing program will begin on September 26th - more info coming. This is a collaboration between the CPCC Career Services office and the CMCHS counseling office for students to determine their "best-fit" career with career testing.
CPCC Part-time Job Fair
Interested in a part-time job during the school year? Several employers will be visiting the Cato II atrium on August 28th from 10am-12pm. Please bring a current resume if you would like to participate.
October SAT
Seniors, if you have not taken the SAT, this is one of your last chances to do so before the college application season gets going! To sign up, register at collegeboard.org. If you need a fee waiver (for those who qualify for free/reduced) lunch, then come see Ms. Henry

In order to provide quality service to students and families, I will be moving to an "office hour schedule" this year. It is as follows:
Work hours: 9:30-4:30 M-F
Drop-in hours: 9:30-11:20

Blumenthal Performing Arts Center Junior Ambassadors
If you are interested in a part-time internship with the Blumenthal Performing Arts Center, this program is for you! Learn the background behind many of the shows that come to Blumenthal and help usher. This will allow you to see shows for free! An excellent addition to your college application.
