Why Debate?
Debate is useful in all professions and careers, yet public speaking is still the #1 fear people have. Debate can help you become a better writer (improving your essay grades), speak with more confidence (boosting your chances at landing a job), and be more knowledgeable about world affairs (making you a more politically engaged individual).
