Job description-This large plant has a rich history spanning over 100 years. The plant was originally owned by the Minnesota Valley Canning Company, which later renamed itself the Green Giant Company. Pillsbury acquired Green Giant in 1979, which then merged with General Mills in 2001. Cereal and snack lines were later brought into the plant.

Skills and education needed-

-Bachelors degree in Engineering , Engineering - Chemical , Engineering - Foods, Food Science, or Science - General
- 1 to 3 years of related experience, 3+ yrs preferred
- Ability to lead constructive, positive change within a plant environment.
- Show ability to lead peer group and affect change/department direction via influence management.
- Ability to communicate with leadership team to gain broad support for ideas.
- Clear, concise, well directed communication.
