The WS/FCS System, along with CACRAO, sponsors a college fair each fall called the Post-Secondary Opportunities Session (PSOS). Approximately 125 colleges/universities are represented at this fair. Crosby Scholars are required to speak with four college admission reps about their respective schools. Students typically fulfill the College Fair/College Visit requirement by attending one college fair and submitting a college fair form during their sophomore, junior, or senior year. If you have not fulfilled the College Fair/College Visit requirement, this is good opportunity to meet with representatives from colleges you are interested in applying to. It's your FINAL opportunity to fulfill this requirement.

Turn in your community service form to our office by 5pm on October 31 to be entered to win a $10 gift card to Chick-fil-A! There will be one winner per high school! Schools with fewer than 5 scholars will be entered as one school and one winner will be drawn from that group.
ASVAB - Career Exploration Program
It’s Not Just for Those Seeking a Military Career!
We at the Crosby Scholars Program believe in the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery’s (ASVAB) value for clarifying strengths and interests that might direct you toward a major area in college or toward a specific career field. Although branches of the military use ASVAB results to determine training assignments, it is NOT a recruitment tool, and the information gathered from the assessment has value for students fully committed to post-secondary education. Please consider this opportunity to fulfill one of the Crosby Scholars Program requirements while gaining a better understanding of your intellectual aptitude as you are setting goals for further education.
