Youth Exploring Leadership and Learning Opportunities (YELLO)

YELLO is the annual statewide, four-day leadership conference hosted by the Minnesota 4-H State Ambassadors. YELLO includes educational workshops, group networking experiences, inspiring messages from nationally-recognized speakers, field trips and opportunities to contribute to the local community through service projects.

This year's State Ambassadors have chosen to focus on building personal leadership skills that build confidence and develop strategies for overcoming barriers to achieving goals. Youth participants will also engage in team-building exercises and opportunities to get to know other youth from across the state.

The State Ambassadors have chosen this year's service project to focus on food and nutrition insecurity. Most service projects will address an aspect of food and/or nutrition insecurity and stay tuned for a statewide food drive!

This year’s YELLO will be taking place in Bemidji, MN, at the Bemidji State University campus June 14-17. Cost: $250/per 4Her. Registration fee includes meals and lodging, and a t-shirt. Registration is opens April 1 through May 20. To register, log in at https://mn.4honline.com. For assistance contact the Extension office. Not re-enrolled? Re-enroll today.
