The Water Cycle

by:Hayden Ross

How it works

Water is heated up and evaporated. it has turned into its gaseous state. Since evaporated is less dense than air, the evaporated water floats until it's above the air.The water vapor cools and condenses and turns into clouds. when the water droplets in the clouds are too heavy they are affected by gravity causing precipitation such as rain snow sleet etc. Once it precipitates plants and animals can use it. the water is then evaporated again to start the cycle over again.

After it rains some of the water soaks into the ground. When this happens it is called Filtration. After it is filtrated it goes into the ocean, lakes, and rivers
