Second Grade Research
Serna second graders were busy doing research in the library last month. They took pictures of their learning at each of four centers exploring the reduce, reuse, recycle theme. They used Seesaw to document and explain what they learned.
New Library Furniture
The new easy reader cart in the Everybody Section is a hit! The students can easily search through the books and find one that is just right.
Student Donation
The Serna Library received a donation from a sweet St. Mary's Hall student who collected money for the library in lieu of birthday gifts. This money was used to purchase books for the collection that highlight themes of kindness and selflessness to honor this student's act of thoughtfulness. Mrs. Schroeder's kindergarten class was the first to read the new books.
