SPARX at the RahCHaCha Ruckus
This past weekend on October 26th, the Webster Sparx FIRST Robotics team competed at RahCHaCha Ruckus. They made it through 3 of the 5 qualification matches with winning scores and they also had got to quarterfinals while only losing one of their 3 quarterfinal matches by 3 points. In the end they ranked 15 amongst the 42 teams at Ruckus, collecting 8 ranking points. They gave their alliance a huge advantage by playing hard defense the entire time, and sometimes trying to work at putting the hatches up at the beginning. The team worked together to create a very successful event and everyone had a lot of fun. Thank you to everyone who came out and supported us, or participated in the Megadrive, it was very much appreciated. And special thanks to the volunteers and officials who helped make this event possible.
