Supporting our Families

Coming together as a community to support SCHOOL CHOICE

ED CHOICE

Corpus Christi Academy has 29 students receiving the EdChoice Scholarship this year. We are so thankful that the Academy is able to offer families a choice for a quality Catholic education. Due to current scholarship negotiations in Columbus, we are calling our staff and school families to help us make some phone calls to state representatives. If you could please reach out to your representatives and explain to them the importance of EdChoice it would truly be appreciated. Timing is also a factor. If calls can be made within the next two days that would make a huge impact on any future negotiations.

Your representatives are:

House of Representatives: Phillip M. Robinson Jr. 1-614-644-6041

Senator Matt Dolan 1-614-466-8056

Below is some wording that may help with the calls for parents.

Phone Message to Representative or Senator from a parent who benefits from the Ed Choice Scholarship:

Hello, my name is ___________ and I live in ________. I’m calling because my children are enrolled at Corpus Christi Academy and receive the Ed Choice Scholarship. I am very concerned that this scholarship will be taken away from our family. Corpus Christi Academy has truly benefitted the local community as well as all of the students and families.

Thank you for representing our district and for your service to our community. I’m asking for my tax dollars to follow my child to the school that I choose.

Please consider voting to respect my choice for a quality education for my child (ren).
