*A super hero salute to Mr. Dozier for helping to put together the signs for the carnival.

Language Arts Adoption

The new ELA units of study adoption should be here in May. There will be one barcoded kit per teacher in K-5. We should have one 2nd kit and one 5th kit from the pilot that we did in the fall to be barcoded. Gretchen Huff will let us know when they can be checked out. For those attending the Units of Study professional learning, you will need to take these with you.

Volunteer Breakfast

We will hold a whole school volunteer appreciation onFriday, May 6, 2016. There are so many parents and community members who stop in to enhance our classrooms and our school, we don't want to end the year without a proper recognition. It will be an informal breakfast "drop in." Teachers are welcome to stop in to say hello and thank our volunteers for their time and talents. Invitations will be created for you to share with anyone who has volunteered in your classroom. To make this a successful event, we are asking for contributions from each grade level/area.
