Summer Reading Challenge 2019
As we finish up the 2018-19 school year and launch into our much-awaited summer vacation (hurray!), we’re challenging each member of our Raider family to spend some of this precious time in pleasure reading. Research is clear that people of all ages are healthier and smarter when they read (Reading is beneficial for all ages). With our 1-1 technology initiative, all students have accounts with the Bellingham Public Library. We encourage families to take advantage of this opportunity and utilize these physical and online resources. We’ll look forward to hearing about your summer activities and reading adventures when we return in August.
It has been a wonderful school year, and we are so grateful to spend each day with our amazing students. Families, thank you for sharing your teenagers with us, and we wish each of you a happy and safe summer break. Raiders, we’ll see you in August for an awesome 2019-20 school year!
