Customer Reviews of the Razer Anansi
Customer 1: The Razer Anansi is designed specifically for MMO gamers, with a macro and shortcut-friendly design built around a set of seven user-definable thumb modifier keys below the spacebar.
Customer 2: So, the Razer Anansi really is sheer brilliance. It's not JUST 5 macro buttons, its actually a totally of 12 because the thumb modifiers can be assigned to do anything. Everyone has been complaining about sticky keys, dim backlighting, and just the overall quality of the board... I have to disagree... I've owned many mechanical boards from Rosewill to Ducky, and I can in fact say that this being a Rubber Dome doesn't make my fingers cry and bleed. As a matter of fact, I enjoy typing on it. The keys have a nice travel distance and have an odd tactile response... not that of a mechanical but you KNOW when you press the key from what appears to be a slight flick inside.
Customer 3: What I liked
Awesome backlighting.
Modifier keys make for limitless possibilities for macros and keybinds that work for the dexterity-challenged.
Razer Naga/Anansi combo is deadly, done right.
Feels durable, works as everyday keyboard and gaming keyboard.
Game mode turns off Windows key and alt-tabbing.
