Cub News After Prom?

March 6th, 2022

What's Happening?

It's hard to believe we only have 53 days left of school. This is the last week for high school's 3rd term. Just a quick reminder that the term 1 and 3 grades determine athletic eligibility for students in fall and spring sports. Terms 2 and 4 or Semester grades, whichever one is better, determine the beginning of fall sports and in-season winter sports. Students must be passing 5 of the required 7 classes to be eligible to play sports, per the IHSAA.

Our students need some parents to volunteer to host the 2022 after-prom. For the past few years, Mrs. Leeann Imel has been taking on the lead task and organizing this event. She is stepping down from this event and passing the torch. After-prom will only continue if parents want it to. If you are interested in doing this, please email or call me. Mrs. Imel said she will be available and help whoever takes this over. Prom is on May 14th.

Big picture

New Athletic Website

Good afternoon, Eventlink is merging with Final Forms. They have also created a website specific to our school. This integration is very important since it will make all items Athletically based in a one stop shop. As we are transitioning into this website, please note that www.madisonathletics.org will only display Spring Varsity Sports until the end of the spring and will then it will provide no more information.

We hope that this integration is better for everyone so you don't have to go to multiple websites. The link to our athletics page can be found on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter in our profiles. It can also be accessed for the school corporation website by clicking the athletics tab. I have also attached the link here for you to access as well: https://websites.eventlink.com/s/madison-consolidated-high-school/ As always, thank you for being a part of our programming and if you have any questions, please let us know.

Thank you,
Joe Bronkella
