Sustainability Tip: Now that spring has sprung, you may be thinking about
watering your lawn. But did you know - Over 50% of landscape water is
wasted due to overwatering, inefficient watering practices and broken or
poorly maintained irrigation systems? Also, A healthy yard needs less water
than you may think. A program called Water My Yard, developed by Texas A&M,
has been designed as a tool to assist you in determining an adequate amount
of supplemental water that is needed to maintain a healthy lawn. You can
find more information here - The
website will tell you, based on your zip code, how much water your yard
needs each week, along with helpful tips to keep your yard healthy all

Change in Routine Pick Up?

Parents, Mrs. B would like to remind everyone that if a change occurs in the way your child will be picked up from school on any given day, please call the office by 2:15 pm so the message can be relayed. We know emergencies happen but it makes for less confusion for both your child and the staff if everyone has advanced notice if there is a change in the normal routine.

Thank you!
