During the upcoming Open Enrollment period you can make changes to the benefits that you are currently enrolled in or eligible for. Changes or additions to current eligible plan elections for medical, dental, vision & FSA plans, begins November 15th and ends November 30th , 2018
Make changes using Ease Central, our new online benefits portal!
Our benefits portal allows staff to access their benefits info online. It is a user friendly interface where you can manage your benefits, make changes, see your contributions per pay period and many other helpful aspects. It is a central and secure place to access all this information. We think you will all find this a helpful way to manage your benefits! You will receive log in information by 11/15/18 via email. If you have any questions around this please reach out to Kiera Swan for support with getting access to the portal.
Did you previously opt out of eligible coverage but would now like to add? Now is the time that you can make those changes.
Plans Offered in 2019
Changes to employee contributions. (See below). No change to the Sutter Health Plus plan design and coverage.
If you are currently enrolled in an EBI medical plan and would like to remove/add dependents, or switch between plans, now is the time. (See the chart below for changes to employee contributions).
No changes to Dental coverage options or contributions for 2019
EBI offers coverage to FT staff (37.50 hours a week or more) with no monthly premium contribution. PT staff can purchase dental coverage for a reasonable monthly premium contribution. Changes can be made in November for a effective date of January 1, 2019.
Vision coverage
EBI offers comprehensive vision coverage at an affordable cost to staff. FT staff (over 37.5 hours or more) and PT staff an purchase vision coverage for a reasonable monthly premium contribution.
We are excited to be able to offer Kaiser coverage as an option in 2019.
Kaiser coverage options will be a $1000 deductible plan. (See the chart below for changes to employee contributions).
Continuing to offer FSA Medical and Dependent Care accounts.
