Read A Thon Money Due TUESDAY

ReadAThon ended on Friday.

Begin collecting pledges after your student adds their total time read. CHECKS PAYABLE TO EASTVIEW GSIA.

Return envelopes with the money collected by March 7th. Winners will be announced on March 10th before the start of Spring Break. Prizes are gift cards to FIVE BELOW!!

Please collect the money and you can turn it in to your teacher, the office, or even bring it to the Read A Thon.

Book Character Costume Contest Grades k-5 (Participation ribbons for all involved)

Book Character Contest

The contest is simple!

  1. Dress as character from a book.
  2. Bring the book that displays or includes the character.
  3. Student will be asked to state their name and their book character for the judges.

Students will be scored based on their costume and their presentation

One winner will be selected from each grade level (unless there is a tie) and will receive a medal

All participants will receive a ribbon.

Retired teachers will serve as the judges.

Thank you for your gifts for the Humane Society. EV staff delivered the donations last Thursday to the new facility. The organization was very thankful and grateful for the donations.

Congratulations to Ms. Sam

Ms. Sam Grissom, EV music teacher and choral director, received tenure from the Greeneville City School System. Our 4th/5th chorus also sang at the board meeting and did a wonderful job. EV is so proud of Ms. Sam and our chorus.

Art Show was postponed to March 10th.
