Principal's Update

School Closure Week of 3/23/2020

Crawford Families,

I hope this message finds you well. This newsletter is to help communicate information to you during our school closure. Below is my video message to our Crawford families. I hope you will take a minute to watch with your student. These newsletters will be coming to you at least weekly and possibly more often as information comes to us.

Mr. Jones' Message

Non-Traditional Instruction (NTI) Expectations

Fayette County Public Schools will be using NTI days to provide instruction to our students for the weeks of April 6 - 10 and April 13 - 17. Students will be expected to complete the work assigned either electronically or through work packets for those 10 school days. Teachers will be available each day from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm and will communicate their "office hours" directly with students and families. Students can reach their teachers by email or through their Google Classrooms.

We are working on a schedule to allow Crawford teachers and students to interact through Zoom. This will allow teachers to provide direct instruction, assistance throughout the week, and a more personal way to check-in with their students. More information will be shared in next week's newsletter.
