Happy Holidays!

I hope everyone is enjoying the holiday season. Sometimes it can be tough to juggle everything this time of year! I know I have had to carve out time to work my Stella & Dot business around a very busy personal and family schedule. :) We are about to finish the 2015 selling season and I'm hoping to finish it strong as many people are about to reach BIG goals! I wanted to share with you some draft emails that I will be sending out to my Dot Dollar earners. My goal is to collect as many "pre orders" as I can, since I want most of my Dot Dollars to be redeemed in December! It is pretty simple to run through your orders from November 12 - December 15 to see who earned what. Let me know if you need help with that. Once the Dot Dollars are live I will send out another email and begin texting/calling the earners. I have found out that more follow up is better since it is a busy time of year for customers too. They appreciate the follow up and ability to preorder! Don't let your customers leave their Dot Dollars on the table! I also wanted to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! With the holidays quickly approaching I immediately thought of you when I saw that our Dot Dollars redemption period is quickly approaching. People get very busy during this time of year and things get lost in the shuffle (usually for us MOMS!). I want to make sure that on December 29th, you redeem those Dot Dollars your earned. When redeeming Dot Dollars, for every $50 spent you may apply $25 Dot Dollars. You currently have banked {$200} Dot Dollars making you eligible for {$400} worth of merchandise for just {$200}! This is the perfect time to get that statement necklace you have been eyeing! The redemption period for these Dot Dollars is very short. Please let me help you get the items that you want by collecting your wish list and billing info so that your items can be ordered first thing on the 29th. Because many of our pieces are retiring, I want to make sure that you get those most desirable items :). Looking forward to helping you do some post holiday shopping. Save the Date for our Spring Rally

Tuesday, Jan. 12th 2016 at 6:30-8pm

Tulsa, OK

We are tentatively looking at the Tulsa Country Club for our Spring Rally. We will have new jewels and new info from Director's Summit. We would love to kick the year off with some fun team time! If we use this venue, we'll need a pretty specific head count so we can order food. It would be around $20 per person for food + cash bar. Please RSVP if you will be able to attend so we can make plans.

I want to welcome all the new stylists to our team! I hope you find our team to me supportive and helpful! Youare in business for yourself, but not by yourself! Also, I want to give a huge shout out to Heidi Ducato who promoted to Senior Stylist this month (and is still going strong)! What a wonderful achievement! I'm super proud!
