ACTIVITY: HEXAGONAL THINKING
1. Use the hexagon to respond to the big question: How can we use technology to impact learning?
2. Get up, move around the room, looking for a place where your idea connects with another and place your hexagon accordingly. Have conversations with those around you about why you think it fits there.
3. As you look at the hexagons and talk with those in the room, see if another idea comes to you. Use the extra hexagons around the room to add to the growing thinking map.
What do these students all have in common?
ACTIVITY: APPLE ACCESSIBIILTY STATIONS
1. With a partner and your device start with one of the 4 stations.
2. Work your way around the room to complete all 4 stations. (And don't worry about which order you complete them)
ACTIVITY: CHROME STORE
1. If you have a laptop...with a small group or individually, browse the chrome store for apps and extensions that look like they might be beneficial to use with students.
2. If you only have a tablet or iPad explore the links provided here:

Be prepared to share 3 apps or extensions and how you plan on using them. (If you don't find 3 new items to share; you can share any that you already use and tell us why you love them or any of the ones we've discussed today and how you think you might use it...)
ACTIVITY: REWORDIFY DEMO
1. Click this link, or go to www.rewordify.com
2. When you get to the website click the "demo" button
3. You’ll see a green box appear that says, “Welcome to the demo!”
4. Use the “Next” link in the green boxes to go through the demo, step-by-step. Be sure to follow the instructions in the green boxes. Use the worksheet provided to take notes as you go through the demo.

1. Use PicCollage to create a graphic by yourself or with a group.
2. Either create a visual synectic like the one we just did that you could use in your classroom OR create a collage sharing at least 2 new ideas you've gotten today..

ACTIVITY: PRISM
1. Go to this link: http://bit.ly/ExplorePrism
2. Read the article and use the highlighter in accordance with what you find (A. Extremely insightful, B. Hard to understand, C. Arguable)
3. While you are waiting for everyone to wrap up reading, explore Prism: How could you use this in your classroom?
ACTIVITY: SEE, THINK, WONDER
1. Look at the Google Doodle.
2. Use Popplet to create a Popplet that shares "What you SEE, THINK, WONDER?"
4. Either save your Popplet to the camera roll or take a screen shot
5. Use the link provided here to share your Popplet.
