Safe Routes to School Parent Survey

At the end of your conference with your student's teachers, we are asking families to complete the Safe Routes Survey for the school grant application by the Village of Oak Park in an effort to improve the safety of routes to school. The survey will be available to you during your conference time and collected by your conferencing teachers when completed.

We have attached a copy the proposed safe walking routes for your review. A copy of this will also be provided to you to reference as you complete the survey.
