Associated Bank Retirement Plan Services Changes
Associated Bank is excited to share with you the upcoming roll out of enhancements to their websites for plan participants. With the update to the participant website, their new mobile app will become available.
Associated Bank is going to begin to leverage Schwab Retirement Technologies for two-step verification (2SV)—in place of our current vendor, Okta. This will provide an improved user experience for participants and eliminate the 7-day activation period.
This change is going to require participants to establish new sign-in credentials for accessing their account online. Participants will be notified of this requirement on November 3.
With Associated Retirement Online, participants can check account balances, portfolio performance and recent transactions, manage future investment elections, research investment performance and log in conveniently and securely using biometrics (fingerprint or facial recognition).
