Women's Health

Our April meeting had members talking about women' s health. Did you know that heart disease is the number one killer of women? Eating a well-balanced diet that includes fresh fruits and vegetables is a way to protect your heart. Daily exercise is an important part of a healthy lifestyle as well. Did you know that researchers have also found that meaningful relationships and emotional well-being contribute to heart health? So next time you attend a Kappa Kappa Chapter meeting, consider it good for your heart!
