Managing Staff Performance
This class will walk through the steps of progressive discipline of employees up to and including dismissal.
We will walk through a few scenarios as well as help guide Leaders to resources that would be needed throughout the process of managing employees. Overall learn the steps necessary to properly manage employee performance and behavior.
