McKinley Messengers
McKinley Messengers
The McKinley Messengers group was formed about five years ago. McKinley Messengers are 5th grade students who are ambassadors of the McKinley Message (Respectful, Responsible & Caring). They provide service and leadership within the school building (PBIS stations, PBIS assemblies, peer mediation), at school events (McKinley Mile, Family Fun Night, School Dance) and within the community.
The Messengers meet once monthly during their lunch hour to plan their school and community service projects.
This school year there are 22 McKinley Messengers - Meghan Brandenburg, Ceili Callahan, Xavier Crum, Olivia Dupee, Milo Hagopian-Smith, Molly Hambrook, Charlie Hannan, Caleb Hoze, Stefan Marik, Isabella Miller, Faye Muma, Peter Neugent, Nora O'Tool, Addison Scharlau, Ellie Scholtus, Ava Schwantes, Chloe Standal, Morgan Strath, Abbey Tank, Adam Vang, Meredith Vento, Niamh Wick and Ben Wozniak.
Lauren Lawinger is the lead teacher for the Messengers. Sarah Dupee, Jenny Jablonsky and Katie Wick are the parent volunteers.

5:30-7:30 PM
Small Gym
We hope your family can join us for this longstanding McKinley tradition. As in years past, your child (and adults too if they’d like) will have the opportunity to create a piece of art which will then be transferred onto keepsake products to enjoy for years. Your masterpieces will be returned in time for the holidays! Remember they make great gifts!
We are again using Original Works. Info on products can be found at http://www.originalworks.com. Product pricing can be found HERE.
Please bring your check book or cash as payment will be due that night. If there are any questions, please ask!
If you are interested in volunteering for the event please contact sarahdupee@mac.com.
