Principal's Message

I hope that this newsletter finds each of you well, and that everyone made it through this impressive storm safely!

We thank our staff, our parents, our students, and our community for a smooth transition from hybrid learning to full remote. Our hope is that we are able to return to our hybrid model again on 01/04/2021. If anything should change over the break, we will be in touch with our entire school community. Please remember to check in with your child's teacher if something is not working well for them and/or your family. Our CCS staff is here to continue to support your child on their individual learning path, and communication remains an essential part of this process.

My hope is that everyone is able to take a break from screens over vacation, to get outside in the beautiful New Hampshire landscape, and to enjoy some much deserved rest, relaxation, and time with those closest to you.

With warm regards,

Jessica Snider

CCS HEALTH OFFICE UPDATE:

DURING REMOTE LEARNING

We will continue to track all student/staff illness and absences from school and follow the NH Health and Human Services guidelines.

Please remember to continue to call the main office or Nurse Julie Strazzeri if your child is not feeling well (even mild symptoms), the reason why your child will be absent from school, if there are any suspected or known COVID-19 contacts or if you travel outside of New England.

Continued communication and following these guidelines is essential so that we can help keep our community stay healthy during this time.

Please feel free to call/email me anytime.

Practicing Mindfulness

There's a lot of research out there that suggests that taking a few minutes every morning to clear your mind and breathe deeply helps to reduce stress. These are traumatic times, and meditation can help kids (and grownups) to start the day with calm.
