Student Material Pick-up and Drop-off Information and Directions
Dear Boehm Families,
I hope this communication finds you all healthy. The time has arrived for your students to pick-up their materials from the lockers and gym locker along with returning items such as textbooks, novels, library books, or any other school-issued item other than Chromebooks and Chromebook chargers. While this is absolutely not the way we envisioned our last interactions with your students we have a plan to keep them safe and our staff safe. This plan was developed with the goal of maintaining social distance and also the safety of all involved. Students will be the only ones permitted to enter the building. Students must wear a mask or they will not be permitted in the building. We have a small number of masks available so we do ask that they come with their own mask. Students should bring a bag with them to carry all of their items that may be in their lockers or gym lockers. Students will only be permitted to enter the building on the date and time that we have scheduled for them. If you are unable to make this time we will be sending out a communication after this window for those families to come in and retrieve your student’s items at a later date.

Directions on choosing your time slot
To schedule your student’s 30-minute window please see the chart below.
Your student’s pick-up day is based on their homeroom teacher.
You will click the link that will take you to a SignUp Genius.
Once on the date that corresponds to your student’s homeroom teacher, you will look for that teacher’s name.
Once you find the teacher’s name you will click to secure your time 30-minute timeslot. Students may only come during their time slot and should arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to their time slot starting.
Directions for students on drop-off and pick-up day
All student item pick-up and drop-off will be done based on homerooms, a specific date, and a specific time.
Students will not be permitted outside of their designated window during this week.
If you are unable to come on your specific day we will send out a communication, after the initial rounds of pick-ups.
Only 10 students per homeroom will be permitted in the building at a time.
All students must wear a mask.
Students must maintain 6 feet of social distance throughout this process. This event is not a time to socialize.
All students should bring a bag to take their items home in.
All students must enter through the gym door entrance.
The driver will pull up along orange cones and the student will be directed to exit the vehicle and enter the building through the gym doors.
The driver will then be directed to one of the following parking areas for pick-up
8th-parking lot next to buses
7th-Parking lot behind the school building next to the dumpsters
6th-Parking lot by softball fields.
Students will be doing the following items only
Cleaning out gym lockers
Cleaning lockers
Returning textbooks, novels, library books, calculators
Chromebooks must be returned if the student is no longer attending the Pennsbury School District. (Private school, moving, etc.)
Returning Basketball/Cheerleading Uniforms-Put in a bag labeled with your name and a staff member will tell you what to do with it.
Precautions and Safety Procedures
- All staff members will wear a mask and maintain a minimum of 6 feet separation.
- All students will be required to wear a mask while in the building.
- Only 10 students per homeroom will be permitted in the building at a time. This means 30 students total in the building every 30 minutes but spread out throughout the building.
- A minimum of 6 feet of separation will be maintained between all students.
- Students will use different exits depending on grade-level.
- All students will be supervised by staff members while they are in the building.
- While cleaning out lockers, students in the same homeroom will be directed by staff members when they can approach their lockers keeping in mind the six feet of separation.
- A limited number of students will be permitted in the locker room with adult supervision.
