Celebrating Equity for ALL!!!!

An Interesting Week

Good Morning ALL-

As we celebrate this week with Martin Luther King Day and remember the amazing president we have leaving office, we need to be aware of the fragility of those around us who are struggling with the upcoming inauguration and presidency.

Remember to be gentle with each other as we navigate through this week.

We are a team and a family here at T-Plus. Our students may need us more than ever this week- please be open and available to the anxiety they may be feeling as well as your colleagues.

Counselor's Corner

The next week or two leading up to Inauguration Day (January 20) and days following may bring up different types of emotions for students, families and staff. The National Association of School Psychologists (NASP) offers a document, NASP Guidance for Reinforcing Safe, Supportive and Positive School Environments for All Students, which has articulated many essential points for all students. Remember that we are here for all students regardless of our own political viewpoints and personal conviction.
