We are excited to bring back the We Love America Parade this year! The concert is on May 19th, 2023 starting at 10:00 a.m. in the Central Montcalm High School gym. The doors will open at 9:15 a.m. for the community. You are welcome to come in at that time to find a seat. The elementary students will start walking in around 9:45 a.m. so we can start on time. We ask that you give yourself enough time before the concert starts to find a parking spot and enter the gym to get a seat before the students enter. We ask that you stay in your seats until instructed to leave at the end of concert to allow our students to get back to their buildings. If you have a student performing and want to take them home afterwards, we ask that you go to their building to sign them out. You will not be able to sign them out at the concert. During the program you are welcome to sing along and enjoy the music. We will be celebrating our country and honoring the people who have served and are still serving. Since this is the first concert in a few years, we wanted to remind you to please remember concert etiquette while you are there:

• Remember to arrive early, since the doors will close at 10:00 a.m. when the concert starts

• Be aware of the people around you and be respectful

• Stay in your seat until the students have left the gym

• Keep conversations to a minimum

• Feel free to sing along and have fun!

• If you are able, please dress your child in red, white and/or blue

Again, we are excited to bring back this exciting event! We hope you will join us for the 41st WLAP concert!

Please remember to send an extra set of clothes for your child to keep at school. Students have all kinds of accidents throughout the day and we are running low on loaner clothes.
