Hopkins Middle School Newsletter
February 19th, 2021
Attention Students and Parents,
This is a friendly reminder the cutoff date will be Wednesday, February 24th, to complete the Learning Environment Switch Questionnaire.
Remember, you only need to fill it out if you are switching your student from their current learning environment. (In-person to remote, or remote to in-person) If you’d like them to continue on with what they’ve been doing, there is no need to fill out the questionnaire. Please also keep in mind you are making a selection for the entire 3rd-trimester.
8th Grade Transition - Scheduling
Attention 8th-grade Students and Parents. We will be enrolling for your 9th-grade classes on Monday and Tuesday (2/22-2/23) during your English class. If you are remote you may enroll either day. There is information in the following videos that will help you prepare for what classes to take and how to actually schedule your courses. Your homework over the next couple of days is to write down your 9th-grade course selection including Electives and Alternates. Please bring this with you on Monday or Tuesday.
Please watch the following two videos.
