All kinds and people live in Spain. In 2005 Spain had an estimated 1 trillion dollards. The climate of Spain is extremely varied. The northern coastal regions are cool and humid in January - March. The central plateau is cold in the winter and hot in the summer. The most popular place to go in spain is Barcelona. It is a city that has many attractions to tourists.

Music of all kinds, from flamenco to rock, jazz to classical, is extremely popular in Spain and an essential ingredient of any festival or fiesta.Spain has a wealth of traditional folk music and dance, particularly flamenco and classical guitar, which are popular throughout the country. One Fun Fact to know is that when your car is towed away, a message is left on the street so you know where it was taken.

Spain's government is aparliamentary democracy. Spain also has aconstitutional monarchy. In Spanish, the elected leader is generally referred to as 'el presidente'.

Spaniards in the coastal region tend to use fresh seafood in their dishes, while the fertile soil in the south of Spain is perfect for growing juicy tomatoes and olives. Foods like gazpacho and paella are fairly well known, but other dishes fly under the radar.

Boiled Beef and Potatoes with Paprika -Ternera Guisada con Patatas y Pimentón.
Ingredients:
3-1/4 lbs braising beef (e.g. flank)
Sea salt, to taste
1-3/4 lbs potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks,
4 oz pork fat (traditionally salted fat, but fatback will do fine)
1-2 tsp spicy hot paprika, to taste
