When a country has a king or queen and a government
Pros
- Still a democracy involved still vote who you want in power position (example prime minster)
- Represents traditions with a modern twist with the government added to power
- Provides stability since the Head of the State remains the same even as the governments come and go
Cons
- The Monarch of the country gets paid for not having a major role in decision making
- It is unfair because it is a single family's bloodline that is in the position of the Monarch; they might not be fit to lead
