All seniors at Wagner are required to complete an internship program in their area of study. There are a wide variety of companies to choose from. Some of the more well- known options include ABC, Goldman Sachs, Michael Kors, Radio City Music Hall, and The Walt Disney Company. The majority of these programs are in Manhattan, which is easily accessible through the nearby ferry.
70% of all undergraduates live on campus. Wagner offers coed housing, wellness housing (no alcohol, drugs, or smoking), and theme housing (students share common interest, such as art or academics). The college also offered housing for members of sororities and fraternities. Wagner offers a variety of clubs, including theater, journalism, dance, ministry, marching band, and even a model United Nations.

All sports at Wagner are Division I (Football is Division I-AA). Sports offered with scholarships for men are baseball, basketball, cross- country, football, golf, lacrosse, tennis, and track and field. Women are not offered baseball or football, but they can receive scholarships for all the other sports as well as soccer, softball, swimming and diving, and water polo. Wagner offers cheer leading, ice hockey, and rugby as clubs.
