Language Arts:

Sight Word of the Week: like
Skills: Kindergartners are learning about nouns and continue to identify and produce rhyming words. We are also learning to identify fiction and non-fiction stories.
Math:
We are working on counting, writing and identifying numbers to 20.
Homework:
Due Friday 10/5
Make a list of 5 things that you like to eat. Pick your favorite from the list and draw a picture of it. Sound out your words to help you spell the best you can. Remember to include your name.

Skills: Kindergartners are working on blending sounds and how to determine syllables.
Math:
We are continuing to work with numbers to 20. We are comparing sets up to 20 of more, less and equal.
Homework:
Due on Friday 10/12
Please answer the following question on any sheet of paper. You must show how you solved the problem, not just write the answer! (You can draw pictures etc). Remember to write your name!
