You could come into contact with the West Nile pathogen in mosquitoes and in standing water areas where mosquitoes mate

The virus is most commonly found inAfrica, Europe, The Middle East, North America and West Asia


Ways to defend against the disease are bug spray and avoiding mosquito bites
