Dear Scott Families,

What an awesome final week of Hispanic Heritage Month celebrations! Thank you for all your support at our annual Kermés and Book Fair! Coming up, we have a PTO meeting, and next week we will experience Choose Peace Week and Parent / Teacher Conferences! Read on for details!

Second graders have had a series of visitors (parents and staff) from different countries to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month and hear about different cultures, foods, and traditions. They also did an experiment and created recycled paper!

Our yearly Kermés was a blast! A HUGE thank you to PTO, Ms. Beasley, and all those who helped out to make the event a success! Check out some of the pictures below!

Conferences will be here before we know it! Parent / Teacher Conferences will be held both in person or remotely (Zoom). Click here to schedule a time to meet with your child’s teacher.

October is anti-bullying month. Oct. 24-26, students are encouraged to participate in our theme days related to peace. Each day, we will hear a brief student-led announcement about practical ways to “keep the peace”!
