Sleep Causes DEATH!!!
Studies have shown that people who consistently get 6 hours of sleep or less for 25 years are more likely to have a premature death than those who consistently get 8 hours of sleep. Also, sleep deprivation causes great lack of attention and working memory. So, when you aren't paying attention, you can get in car crashes or industrial disasters. Even the American Academy of Sleep Medicine says that taking a 15 or 20 minute nap will get rid of drowsiness.
