About the instructor

Sara is the owner and founder of Kombucha Queen which opened in 2012. She teaches private and group classes on fermentation including Kombucha, Kimchi, Sauerkraut, fermented fruit salads and Water Kefir. Sara has been teaching high school food and nutrition for 10 years in Peel. She developed a a keen interest in health as a teenager and has been eager to learn and share her knowledge. In her spare time she likes cycling and listening to music.
