$2.25 for lunch
Free and Reduced is all FREE. Please complete your paperwork for F/R. See us with questions.

What's Happening This Week:
We are well into developing a routine with our classes; this week we are really going to start diving into content!
Honors math will start tackling statistics and probability, particularly using spinners to examine this math concept!
ELA: Students began the first unit titled "The Unexpected Journey," which will focus on citing textual evidence, information, and narrative writing. Students will also begin reading The Hobbit both in and out of class.
Science: Students will be learning all about the scientific method. In class we will be working through an M&M lab to teach the steps of the method, how to accurately graph data from the lab, and how to write a conclusion like a scientist. On Thursday we will have a scientific method quiz and start our first unit over the topic cells.
Social Studies: Students will finish their autobiography map projects on Monday before we start studying the 17 Global Goals pictured below. We will finish the week reviewing note taking strategies, sketch notes, Google Earth, and internet search tips!
