Graduation Ceremony Information!
Are you Attending Graduation?
What Do You Wear?
Suggested Attire:
Ladies - Dress and comfortable dress shoes (No high heels!)
Gentlemen - Shirt and tie, dress pants, dark socks and dress shoes
Requirements:
No tennis shoes or beach sandals, No shorts or blue jeans
No personalized decorations of any kind on caps or gowns
**Students who do not meet these dress code requirements will be sent home to change! We will not delay the ceremony to wait for you to return.
New for 2020:
Students will be required to wear masks at certain times during the ceremony. If you bring your own mask to wear, it must be plain without decoration or pattern and a solid color. If you do not bring a mask, one will be provided for you.
**Some students will also wear maroon & gold honor's cord, academic ring, state champion ring, 5% medal, white NHS Tassel, red, white & blue service cord, and/or departmental award pins.
More information regarding the graduation ceremony will be released in the coming weeks.

You can either download all three forms and submit the filled out forms on the following dates/times at Chesterton High School in the main office on the dates and times below (Please enter door 1), or you can submit your forms online.
June 22-25: Monday - Thursday 8 AM - 12 PM
June 29-July 1: Monday - Thursday 8 AM - 12 PM
9th - 11th grade student drop off materials times are set for July 6-9!
July 6th (Last name beginning with A-F): 12:00pm-5:00pm
July 7th (Last name beginning with G-L): 12:00pm-5:00pm
July 8th (Last name beginning with M-R): 12:00pm-5:00pm
July 9th (Last name beginning with S-Z): 12:00pm-5:00pm
Enter through entrance 31; leave from entrance 34.
Masks are recommended if you do not feel you will be able to socially distance yourself; staff members will be equipped with masks. Extra masks are available if needed.
Bring all items that belong to the school (library books, textbooks, electronic devices, calculators, classroom materials) that need to be returned.
After returning items, students may then clean out lockers.
If you have forgotten your locker combination, this can be found in Skyward under the “Profile” section
Teachers may leave items students need to pick up outside of their classrooms, but classrooms will be locked.
Before leaving, drop off your checklist in the main office.
If you are experiencing symptoms of illness or fever, or have recently been in contact with someone who has tested positive for the COVID-19, please do not return items at this time. Arrangements can be made for another date.

Trojan Charge is set for August 3, 4, 5, and 6th!
August 3: Students with the last name A-F: 8-10:30am
August 4: Students with the last name G-L: 8-10:30am
August 5: Students with the last name M-R: 8-10:30am
August 6: Students with the last name S-Z: 8-10:30am
We are asking all students to bring a mask in order to wear if you are in a situation where you cannot properly practice social distancing. If you do not have a mask one can be provided for student's upon their arrival.
