Hello Teachers and Staff!

It is that time of year for Education Foundation donations! Let me give you a picture of all this wonderful organization does for our school and district, check out these stats:

-In 18 years the Education Foundation has awarded over $2.9 million in grants!

-Colleyville Elementary has received 55 grants totaling $79,667 directly (this does not count district-wide grants benefiting our school)!

-Last year, 100% of our campus staff participated and donated $838!!!

Let's keep this going and get 100% participation this year and see if we can reach an even higher dollar amount!

Here is what you will get for your donation (besides benefitting from grants):

$5- Jean coupon

$10- Jean coupon AND Jeans with favorite shirt coupon

$25- Both Jean coupons AND Get ONE duty time covered! (an extra long lunch or free time in the morning/afternoon sounds nice!)

I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE HOW MUCH WE RAISE!

As always, thank you for your hard work and dedication!

Cindy's Open Houses

This year I am going to continue hosting “Open Houses” on a variety of dates throughout the year to answer questions and share information. The topics will vary depending on what questions are being asked. This week I hosted an Education Galaxy Open House and on Tuesday, September 27th I am hosting an iStation Open House. Please know that these are meant to be casual gatherings to answer your questions. I plan on starting about 3:15 and will stay until everyone is gone. If you have a request for a topic, please feel free to email me and we’ll get it on the calendar! It’s much more fun to learn and explore together!
